Finestrat is the discreet residential face of the Benidorm area. The historic village sits at the foot of the Puig Campana (1,408 m), a visual reference of the entire northern Costa Blanca, while the coastal strip — new-build developments with modern villas — has seen orderly growth over the last decade. It is one of the few Costa Blanca municipalities with turnkey premium villas of recent construction, on generous plots and with privileged sea and mountain views.

Cala de Finestrat, one of the few virgin coves accessible on foot in the area, is the main tourist attraction, along with the nearby golf courses (Bonalba, Las Rejas) and Benidorm's shopping just 4 km away. Connectivity via the AP-7 to Alicante (55 km, 35 min) is excellent.
