San Miguel de Salinas

San Miguel de Salinas is one of the quietest municipalities in the southern Costa Blanca, with a traditional town centre and a real estate market focused on premium residential developments built over the last 15 years. Proximity to the Torrevieja Lagoons (the salt flats from which the municipality takes its name) and top-tier golf courses — Las Colinas Golf & Country Club has been ranked among the top 10 in Europe by Golf World magazine — have turned the area into a magnet for European premium buyers.
