Background

Rosa García Sánchez has led the administration area of Entra y Más for over a decade. With a background in law and previous experience at a notary office in Alicante, she knows first-hand the work behind every property transaction: the paper the client signs is just the tip of the iceberg of a process she has coordinated for weeks.

Responsibilities

Notary coordination: signing schedule, deed preparation, coordination with notaries in Alicante, Calpe, Jávea and Torrevieja.
Tax filing: ITP, VAT, AJD, municipal capital gains. Full management within 30 days post-signing.
Land Registry filings: submission, follow-up and obtaining certifications.
NIE and powers of attorney for non-resident clients, including consulate liaison.
Utility transfers: water, electricity, gas, IBI, community fees. Without you making a single phone call.
International client support in Spanish and English throughout the entire administrative process.

Working style

Methodical, resourceful, patient with Spanish bureaucracy. If your transaction has a critical point (a complex inheritance, a mortgage pending cancellation, a cross-border procedure with your home country), Rosa is the person who unblocks it.
